Collateral Management includes scheduled publishing, which allows your collateral to be published at a certain time. This scheduling tool can also be setup to exchange collateral whenever you want. Setup a schedule and you no longer have to update your website—updates can be controlled by Zmags. Scheduled publishing is a must if you have weekly or daily versions of your collateral.

Progress Views lay the groundwork for full transparency into the processes used to digitize your collateral. Use Progress Views to see the time remaining in the conversion process and set up automated email notifications to let other staff members know when your Zmag is ready. Other actions in the Progress Views include activating Zmags, moving Zmags to specific folders, and adding Zmags to archives. The Progress Views feature saves you time and gives you full control.

Expand your collateral lifecycle with archives

Managing your collateral in archives allows you to store back issues of your newspapers, annual reports or magazines. Readers have direct access to previous versions and are able to search across the collateral. This expands the lifecycle of your collateral and can even generate additional website traffic.

Within the Zmags Publicator you have various ways to manage your collateral. An easy-to-use folder system gives you the overview just as Zmags’ media library stores your rich media.
