Zmags maintains an Advisory Board that brings together professionals from both the print and online worlds to help foster discussion about ICM market challenges, needs and trends, and to determine what marketers and publishers need as they transition from a traditional print world to a mix of print and online. Mark is SVP Sales and Business Development at ad-targeting vendor Bizo and is also a serial entrepreneur. Prior to joining Bizo, he ran business development at Vivisimo, an enterprise search company, where he developed and closed their largest relationships including AOL and Microsoft. Mark started his career at CheckFree, a payment-processing technology company, which he helped build from a five-person startup to a multi-national public company.

Billy Glynn
Founder, Collective IQ

Venture capitalist Bill Glynn is ranked one of the world's top innovators by Information Week magazine, and authored the bestselling business book Left on Red, which reveals how visionary thinkers and risk-takers build great companies.
Bill has been a venture capitalist and entrepreneur for 20 years, and has invested in or helped manage dozens of successful companies ranging from startups to Fortune 1000 companies.

Peter Krainik
Founder, CMO Club

Pete Krainik has more than 25 years of experience in IT, product management, marketing, and sales within the high tech, software, and consumer goods industries. Over the years, Pete has held senior marketing positions as QD Technology, AVAYA, DoubleClick, Siebel Systems and Mars, Pete started the CMO Club in New York City it early 2006; it has since grown to over 800 members with chapters in most major cities.

Bernie Gracy
VP Strategy and Business Development, Pitney Bowes

Bernie Gracy serves as vice president, strategy and global development for Pitney Bowes. Previously, he was the vice president strategy and marketing at PB/G1, and also served as vice president and general manager of Professional Services for Pitney Bowes Document Messaging Technologies (DMT) division. Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, Bernie spent eight years with UPS

Skip Henk, EDP, is President and CEO of Xplor International, a non-profit association of users and suppliers of document production technologies. Skip has been involved in the print and digital documents industry for over 30 years both as an end user and vendor.

Andy Plata
President and CEO, Outputlinks

As President & CEO of Outputlinks, Andy has played a major role in the development and success of the HVTO industry, As one of the first users of HVTO equipment, he is a long-time pioneer in the space. Previously he was President of the Computer Output & Internet association (COPI). Andy has served as an advisor to most major HVTO companies, and is a founding member and past president of XPLOR.

Julie Plata
CAO, Outputlinks

Julie is the Chief Administrative Officer of Outputlinks. She was a pioneer in the Canadian HVTO industry and is a founding member of the Laser Training Institute. Previously, she was a training and technical consultant
to several major HVTO vendors and also managed and owned large HVTO outsource companies in both the US and Canada.

Barb Pellow
Practice Director, InfoTrends

A digital printing and publishing pioneer and marketing expert, Barbara Pellow helps companies develop multi-media strategies that ride the information wave. She has assisted companies in areas such as creating strategies to launch new products, building strategic marketing plans, and educating their sales force on how to deliver an effective value proposition. Pellow previously held senior level marketing positions with Kodak's Graphic Communications Group, IKON Office Solutions, Indigo, Xerox and CAP Ventures. She also served as the Gannett chair in integrated publishing sciences in Rochester Institute of Technology's School of Printing Management and Sciences), where she focused on the relationship between traditional print and emerging electronic media.

Elizabeth Gooding is president of Insight Forums, an analyst and consulting firm that establishes business communities for communications professionals in highly regulated industries. Previously, she founded Art Plus Technology, a premier provider of communication strategy, design, and development services for the financial services industry. Her experience includes information and process design, technology assessment, RFP development and outsourcing evaluations, and she has helped many well-known companies streamline their business process, improve customer retention, and maximize new opportunities for document design, print and Internet technology. A former editor of e.bill magazine, Elizabeth has written for a wide variety of industry publications on process design, cross-channel branding, electronic presentment, content management and technology convergence.

Jeff Cox

Jeff Cox was named CEO of ARSgroup in 2007 and leads the company’s product innovation initiatives. Previously he served as the company’s senior vice president of sales and service.
